Learning & Development Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a Learning & Development Manager to strengthen our training ecosystem by overseeing live bootcamps, workshops, and learning interventions that complement our LMS-based programs. This role bridges structured e-learning with interactive, instructor‑led development — ensuring that all Wing assistants and internal team members receive engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement.

Salary: PHP 60,000–70,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the delivery of live bootcamps, training sessions, and upskilling programs across multiple service lines (EAs, GVAs, SDRs, etc.).
• Work closely with the L&D Director and LMS Team to align live training content with self‑paced learning modules and certification paths.
• Design, schedule, and monitor interactive learning experiences — ensuring consistency in delivery, participation, and outcomes.
