Job Description
TRAINING
• Familiar with Accor training system, internal training and do training reports: Accor report, LMS report, General training report, Atiom, ALL Campus
• Research and update learning and training needs
• Classroom organization: Managing materials (paper, books, lecture slides ...), teaching tools (board, microphone, computer, projector, ...), teaching, and organizing situations to support lectures, exercises, ..)
• Support Training Manager to design & develop training materials
• Coordinate and support other departments in all internal training courses
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Manager
WELFARE & ACTIVITIES
• Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational, engagement activities
• Recommend ways to improve our company’s brand via social media channel
• Take photos for internal event in house to...
