Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Engineering Capability Framework Develop, maintain, and enhance engineering competency frameworks across multiple disciplines including software, systems, hardware, reliability, and safety engineering. Define role profiles, skill matrices, and proficiency levels with clear behavioural and technical expectations. Capability Assessment & Standards Design and implement structured assessment approaches such as technical evaluations, peer reviews, and evidence-based assessments. Ensure consistency and fairness of assessments through calibration processes and governance standards. Workforce Planning & Insights Analyse current capability levels and identify skill gaps against business and programme requirements. Develop capability dashboards, heatmaps, and readiness reports to support strategic workforce planning.
