Job Description
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the organization’s key people development platforms including PerformYard (Performance Management tool), Relias (LMS), and BigMarker (webinar platform), ensuring effective system utilization, data integrity, and a seamless user experience.
In this role, the individual provides technical, creative, and administrative support to various people development initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and job-related training programs.
This highly visible, customer-oriented role partners with stakeholders across the organization, proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement, and supports the delivery of large-scale programs that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
