We are looking for our Learning & Development Technician to join our AXA Partners HR Department in Spain.
As a Learning & Development Technician at AXA Partners Spain, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees in collaboration with the HRBP & Organization Development Manager. You will develop effective educational materials, manage online training platforms, ensure the proper flow of information for the subsidized training process, and work closely with other departments to identify and address training needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Address specific training needs internally by creating and updating training materials, and externally by sourcing the best providers for each requirement.
