**Responsibilities**:
Skilling Preparation
- Executes on skilling offerings for specific audience and learner goals and objectives. Contributes to translating technical skilling information and content into digestible language and terminology. Assists with structuring skilling offerings through developing technical understanding of adult learning principles and best practices. Contributes to aligning skilling preparation with relevant metrics for measuring success (e.g., cloud consumption, survey feedback).
- Studies skill-based offerings, fundamentals and/or role-based certifications, or other learning experiences as appropriate under the guidance of others. Builds a portfolio of a couple of fundamentals and/or role-based classes as appropriate or other skilling offerings to teach or lead. Learns about new learning experience areas from others to develop technical knowledge.
