About the Site
53 Twiss Green Lane is a small residential home within an adapted bungalow in Culcheth. It provides a long‑term home for four people with learning and physical disabilities, some with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). The facility may also host short breaks for those from other permanent homes.
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Support Worker will meet the needs of the people we support. The role delivers high‑quality, personalised care through individual consultation, continued development, learning, and high standards of practice.
