At Dialpad, the Support Learning Experience Designer will create and implement training programs essential for the success of Dialpad University and the CX team. Leveraging your expertise in multimedia development and instructional design, you will develop engaging, learner-centric training content while focusing on upskilling and new hire training. Collaboration with various teams will ensure high-quality learning outcomes and seamless course management within our Learning Management System.
