Job Description

We are hiring a Training Systems Analyst to support the Learning and Development team within the Human Resources department of a major energy infrastructure company. This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a primary focus on Workday Learning and SuccessFactors. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes, and ensuring smooth LMS operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support and ongoing administration for LMS platforms (Workday and/or SuccessFactors)

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning systems

Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance

Support and guide LMS users, including learning admins and support staff

Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
