Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System Consultant to manage and enhance our learning management systems. You will oversee workflows in Workday Learning, maintaining an updated content library, managing user access, and developing structured learning paths. Your role involves crafting effective learning experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

You will also support additional LMS/CMS platforms like MadCap Xyleme, ensuring compliance and quality through strategic content management. As a strategic advisor, you will suggest improvements in content organization and workflow, identifying opportunities to enhance usability and effectiveness.
