Key Responsibilities:
Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their individual learning needs are metAssist with classroom activities and adapt learning resources to suit individual students’ requirementsHelp students to develop their social and emotional skillsFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valuedProvide feedback to teachers and SENCO on student progress and areas for improvementSupport students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-beingAssist with personal care where needed (depending on student needs)
