Learning Support Assistant – Shepshed

About the role

Start Date: 14th April 2026 – Fixed until July 2026
A supportive school in Shepshed is looking for an LSA to work with pupils who need additional help accessing the curriculum. You’ll support both academic and emotional needs, helping pupils develop confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support
• Help differentiate learning tasks
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation
• Work with class teachers and SENCO

Pre-requisites

• Experience with SEND
• Patient and flexible
• Good communication
• Enhanced DBS
