Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant with Lunchtime Duties

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistantto join our inclusive and supportive team. This role involves supporting pupils’ learning, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), alongside supervising and engaging pupils during lunchtimes.

About the Role

You will:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups within the classroom and intervention settings.
• Enable pupils to access learning, develop independence, and maintain positive behaviour.
• Work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support and interventions.
• Monitor and provide feedback on pupil progress and engagement.
• Support pupils’ personal, medical, and care needs where required.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
