Learning Support Worker (SEMH/ASC) – Term-Time

Fair Ways in Fareham is seeking a Learning Support Worker to assist students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. In this rewarding voluntary position, you will provide personalized support to students both in the classroom and during activities, ensuring their needs are met through an individualized curriculum.

The role requires a commitment of approximately 30-40 days per year and involves working closely with a supportive team. Successful candidates must hold a driving license and be subjected to an enhanced DBS disclosure, which Fair Ways will cover.
