Job Description

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS).
• Implement e-learning best practices to optimize training programs.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure alignment with adult learning principles.
• Analyze LMS data to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Support the creation and deployment of online learning materials and courses.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and liaise with technical support when necessary.
• Train staff and users on the effective use of the LMS platform.
