The Role

You’ll be the face of the leasing department, managing enquiries and securing quality tenants while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Preparing lease sign-ups and lease documentation
• Reviewing applications and conducting reference checks
• Completing ingoing inspections
• General administrative support as required
