Leasing Manager (Office and Retail Focus)

JOB SUMMARY:

Savills is looking for a Leasing Manager who has strong knowledge of current market conditions and trends and a professional understanding of commercial leasing in all property types (retails, office, showroom, medical center, etc.) and ability to develop a broad and qualified client database.

The Leasing Manager must be a self-motivated team member willing to work in a close-knit environment and exchange information between other members and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Head of Leasing and/or Branch Director and team members to forecast quarterly, semi-annual and annual leasing goals.
• Involve with meetings and communications with key landlords, with whom, Savills have led or exclusive leasing agency agreements.
• Target and follow up with top occupiers in terms of relationship building and management.
