The Company

An international PE firm with a Global presense is seeking a Legal Assistant under its Legal team. This position works closely with the General Counsel in Hong Kong and Asia providing corporate secretarial functions as well as support to pre and post deal documents.

The Role

• Participate in the KYC process, including completing forms, preparing structure charts, collecting and verifying documentation, notarizing, managing apostilles, and responding to inquiries from counterparties
• Support the legal affairs team in managing and updating records and entity information for the different entities. Assist General and Transaction Counsel with merger clearance filings and other regulatory submissions
