Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Contract Manager to join our global Legal team and support one of DXC’s core Offerings (CES, GIS or ISB). In this role, you will partner closely with Client Partners, CSMs, Delivery, and Operations teams to manage the full post‑execution contract lifecycle for our customer accounts.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, redline, and negotiate: MSA renewals, Statements of Work, Amendments, Other renewals, Changes Requests, and other post‑execution contract documents.Interpret contract terms and advise Account Teams on: Obligations, Risks, Scope control, Disputes, and Commercial issues.Support governance by maintaining accurate contract records, change logs, and executive summaries.Participate in account reviews and collaborate with Legal Teams (Transactions, Litigation, Compliance) as needed.Improve contract processes, templates, and efficiencies using AI and contra...
