Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Business Support
- Provide efficient and knowledgeable legal support to internal business units.
- Advise cross-functional teams on legal matters including employment law, privacy and data protection, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Support business decision‑making by identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including procurement agreements, leases, R&D agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
- Lead and support contract negotiations, coordinating with internal stakeholders (finance, tax, procurement, logistics, etc.).
