What will you do: Provide comprehensive legal advice across multiple business areas including corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, and compliance
Structure, draft, and negotiate various legal contracts and agreements for trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters
Research and analyze existing and proposed laws to ensure organizational compliance and risk management
Represent the organization in litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings while managing relationships with external counsel
