Job Description
Under the supervision of the Head of the Legal Department:
- Participate in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts (services, distribution, confidentiality, partnerships, intercompany agreements, etc.).
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of legal and corporate documentation: resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and administrative follow-up.
- Support coordination with external legal counsel when needed.
- Help update and implement compliance programs and policies (ethics, anti‑corruption, internal procedures).
- Fluency in English is required, French an asset.
