Legal Counsel

Position Summary

Provides generalist legal service to internal clients in various issues in line with the guidance of the Legal & Compliance Part Leader on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, competition, consumer protection, employment, risk management, commercial contracts, liability, and other matters to ensure the maximum protection of the company and to maintain operations within the limits prescribed by law.

Role and Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate contracts between the company and third parties to ensure that the company’s interests are protected in line with respective laws

Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues to the senior management and to business teams with a main focus on civil law, labour law, competition law, data protection, consumer protection and general commercial matters
