The role includes managing litigation data for parties, law firms, attorneys, and judges, ensuring precision and completeness while following established protocols and helping develop best practices.
The ideal candidate excels at detail-oriented data entry, values high-quality data, and adapts to fast-paced environments. Strong teamwork and interest in litigation processes are required, with collaboration across Customer Support, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
