The Role
As the all important client facing member of the firm, your duties will include:
- Greeting clients and guests to the firm
- Attending to incoming phone calls and forwarding messages
- Preparing mail and couriers
- Maintaining the Boardroom and Meeting room in readiness for meetings
- Organising drinks for guests in the meeting rooms
- Ordering stationery
- Entering receipts
- Kitchen duties
- Opening files and assisting with legal admin tasks
- General admin duties
You
To be successful in this role, you will have prior receptionist experience of at least 1 year, ideally in a law or professional services firm. In addition, you will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
