Position Overview
This position plays a key role in supporting the hospital’s legal operations by overseeing day-to-day legal task, ensuring compliance with Indonesian healthcare laws, assisting with contract management, and addressing legal issues related to patients, employees, and third parties. This role bridges operational activities and legal oversight under the guidance of Manager of Manager Administration and Human Resource.
Key Outcomes:
Legal readiness for commissioning and licensing
+ All permits, licenses, and approval required for hospital construction and commissioning are obtained on time, including:
+ IMB (building permit)/PBG
+ SIPR (Surat Izin Penyelenggara Rumah Sakit)
+ AMDA/UKL-UPL (environmental compliance)
+ TDUP, OSS NIB registration via BKPM
+ Hospital compliance with local zoning, environmental, and land ownership laws.
