We are seeking a Level 1 Application Support Engineer for a 12 month contract with a top company in Cavan. Job Description As a first level application support analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise-level application systems. Responsibilities: This graduate opportunity will include rotation of tasks allowing for experience to be developed within business analysis, ERP support, and project admin. Manage incoming requests and incidents from the business via the team's ticketing system. Troubleshooting, analysing, identifying the root cause of user/application issues raised. Resolve issue where possible, escalating where appropriate. Manage and assign permissions and access for a range of software.
