Job Description

• Serve as technical lead on architectural projects, ensuring constructability and code compliance
• Lead coordination of all construction documents, details, and specifications
• Interface with consultants, contractors, and regulatory officials
• Perform quality control reviews and manage permit and approval processes
• Conduct site visits, review submittals, and respond to RFIs during construction
• Maintain clear documentation and uphold project deadlines and budgets
• Support project architects and project managers with technical insight
