Job Description
Join AMA as a licensed driver examiner in Calgary, where safety and driving expertise are top priorities. This essential role guides new drivers through road tests while promoting safe driving practices.
We are looking for a full-time driver examiner who will work primarily at our Calgary AMA Centres. Your responsibilities will include conducting class 5 and/or 6 road tests while maintaining a fair evaluation process. You'll also provide immediate feedback, ensuring candidates understand their performance and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform road tests in line with provincial standards
• Determine driver competency and abilities
• Offer exceptional service during examinations
• Facilitate a respectful examination environment
• Report to the Chief Examiner on testing outcomes
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Driver Examiner Licence
• Clean Driving Abstract with less than 7 demerit points
