Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical lead in group homes staffed by non-clinical personnel, providing assessments and nursing guidance
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with MAP guidelines
- Monitor and document individuals' health status, alerting supervisors and medical providers to any changes
- Attend and follow up on medical appointments, arranging needed testing or aftercare
