CELTS Pool Management Lifeguard - Seasonal

CELTS Pool Management (a division of CELTS Aquatics Group) is hiring Part‑Time Lifeguards. You will supervise the pool area and ensure all safety policies are followed as a key member of the Water Safety Team.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work dressed appropriately and ready at least five minutes early.
• Ensure safety through supervision and enforcement of rules.
• Respond quickly to emergencies in and out of the water.
• Administer first aid as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Director or Head Guard.
• Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Test water and report chlorine or pH issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Know and enforce pool rules respectfully.
• Display a positive attitude.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.
