Line and Grade Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveying and Layout:

• Perform site surveys and establish control points, elevations, and reference benchmarks.

• Set out lines, grades, and elevations based on construction drawings and project plans.
• Verify the accuracy of dimensions, alignment, and elevation during construction.

• Coordination:

• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and foremen for proper execution of works.

• Liaise with surveyors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Monitoring and Verification:

• Conduct periodic checks on the accuracy of line and grade during construction.

• Monitor any changes in design or field conditions that may affect alignment or levels.
