- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow portion control and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies and ingredients.
- Support other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service, especially during peak hours.
- Report low stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Follow instructions from the Head Cook or Kitchen Supervisor regarding menu preparation and specials.
- Ensure proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
