Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Steak Break standards.
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with chopping, marinating, and preparation of ingredients.
- Monitor and report low stock supplies.
- Properly handle kitchen equipment and maintain them in good working order.
- Coordinate with the cashier and other team members during peak hours.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and shift procedures.
- Support the team in opening, mid-shift, or closing kitchen tasks.
Job Requirements
- At least High School Graduate (TESDA NC II Cookery is a plus).
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
