Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Steak Break standards.
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with chopping, marinating, and preparation of ingredients.
  • Monitor and report low stock supplies.
  • Properly handle kitchen equipment and maintain them in good working order.
  • Coordinate with the cashier and other team members during peak hours.
  • Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and shift procedures.
  • Support the team in opening, mid-shift, or closing kitchen tasks.

Job Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate (TESDA NC II Cookery is a plus).
