Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation following food safety guidelines.
- Assist in prepping ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning food.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the chef or manager of low-stock ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook or in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
