efficiently operating all equipment on the linetroubleshooting process problems on all assigned equipmentleading all production team members on the lineensuring correct usage of raw materials, labels etc. coordinating all breaks and lunches for associates working on the lineleading associates to meet the production schedulecross-training all production associatesencouraging associate to adhere to all safety guidelines and practicesmaintaining clean equipment in area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)completing all necessary paperwork required by the position andother duties as assigned.
