* College graduate, preferably BS Industrial Engineering Course.

* Preferably with experience working in similar manufacturing industry.

* With strong communication skills.

* High comprehension.

* Sound personality should be evident.

* Supervise employees, streamline production processes, keep costs down, decrease errors,

meet deadlines.
