Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days only
Support Engineers will focus on system reimage, firmware upgrades, compliance remediation, authentication configuration, log forwarding setup, and remote support across Windows, Linux, ESXi, iDRAC, Network/SAN Switches, Storage, and PDUs. Work centers around maintaining security, compliance, and operational readiness across engineering lab environments.
Core Responsibilities
Perform OS reimage and patching tasks for Windows and Linux servers using Dell Northstar templates.
Install and configure security and monitoring agents (Splunk, Carbon Black, Trellix, Rapid7, Tenable).
Configure Okta/RADIUS authentication across servers and devices.
Perform ESXi reimages, firmware updates, and vCenter onboarding.
Configure forwarding of logs to Splunk and validate data ingestion.
Conduct iDRAC firmware resets, BIOS upgrades, and remote console operations.
