Profile Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in Australian real estate, with hands-on exposure to off-the-plan projects including house & land packages and apartments.
• Proven capability managing property stock across multiple developers/builders, including validation, updates, and distribution to channel partners.
• Strong understanding of Australian property processes and terminology, including OTP sales, EOIs, holding deposits, buyer journey stages, and common incentives.
• High proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. ...
