This visionary company is looking for a skilled case manager to provide assistance to attorneys and paralegals during consumer litigation including assisting with managing, evaluating, negotiating and settling cases. This is an onsite role located in Austin.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume litigation case files
- Negotiate favorable resolution to matters on behalf of client in conjunction with attorneys and paralegals
- Interact in a professional manner with internal stakeholders, attorneys and regulators
- Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
- Prepare for hearings, arbitration and mediation
