Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a part-time Litigation Manager to manage a portfolio of 15–20 litigation and dispute matters across the United States, United Kingdom, and India. Matters are generally modest in dollars but meaningful in business significance. This role operates as a mini in-house litigation counsel, accountable for driving progress, managing outside counsel, and delivering disciplined reporting.
The role may also support trust structuring and estate planning initiatives through coordination, diligence, and external advisor management.
Reporting & time commitment
Reporting line: CFO (primary); regular check-ins with the Chairman
Time commitment: 10–20 hours/week, flexible
Location: Remote in US or India; must be available for regular Pacific time morning check-ins
