Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive with Credit Hire experience. You will take ownership of a litigated caseload from pre-litigation right through to trial, with full autonomy and support from a modern, tech-led infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of Credit Hire claims from start to finish
- Draft legal documents, prepare for trial, and represent clients effectively
- Negotiate settlements and assess risk throughout the litigation process
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Use a purpose-built case management system to handle files efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues while working independently on your caseload
