Job Title: Full-Time Live-In Superintendent

Accommodation: 1-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom unit provided at no cost (Superintendent responsible for hydro)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm. Availability for on-calls after hours as needed.
Holidays: Statutory holidays worked if they fall on a regular workday
