Livestream Operator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the growth of Live revenue by the company's strategic objectives.
• Trainee and assess the hosts to improve the live tempo.
• Manage the process of Tiktok, such as writing live broadcast scripts, confirm discounts with Brand team, writing product selling points, flash sales, giveaways, etc..
• By the annual operational objectives and budget, be responsible for building the
• Live revenue growth strategy and key benefits, designing the monthly ops plan,product promotions, and campaign activities to effectively improve each host's live revenue.
• Review the live broadcast of Tiktok, sum up experience, optimize the ops plan complete relevant implementation periodically.

Qualifications:

• Basic Malaysian speaking , Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
• Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
• Excellent Excel skills, especially formula....
