LM837: Mgr Security

Provide supervision and training to FedEx’s security officers and contract guards to ensure the safety and security of FedEx property. Administer security programs for FedEx management, employee groups, and customers in country. Select, train, develop, motivate, and supervise contract guards. Ensure and oversee the appropriate response to all emergency and crisis situations. Conduct investigations into thefts, pilferage, acts of vandalism, misconduct, and other activities detrimental to the company, its employees, and its customers. Review country, station, ramp, hub, and office security practices and develop corrective action plans to ensure corporate and local compliance. Monitor, analyze, and recommend ways to improve service, practices, reduce costs, and package losses.
