Job Description
Job Summary:
Monitoring of Accounts for 1st and 2nd filing to Pag-ibig.
Ensures timely delivery of accounts ready for filing and ensure proper coordination with other department
Handles the concern of agents, brokers and buyers for the unit
Receives phone call & call outs for the buyers docs compliance
Monitors account for NTA upon Full DP / nearing season.
Preparation of SAM for any changes that concerns an account
Sending welcome letters, monitoring accounts and sending notices/reminders to buyers with lacking documents.
Preparation of taken-out account's dockets for transmission . Ensuring that the account folder is complete with documents needed for conversion.
Attend to Open House to assist sales to ensure clients are qualified for the Housing Loan to HDMF/ BANK
