Job Description
This is a PART-TIME job (10 am - 2 pm). The Local IT person will provide on-site technical support for our Guadalajara office (CDMX support if needed). This role serves as the local hands-on extension of our external IT provider based in New York, executing tasks that require physical presence and providing first-line support to end users.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS workstation troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, router/switch configuration, Wi-Fi management, cabling.
- Experience managing printers, peripherals, and basic server/NAS hardware.
- Ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Google Workspace user management.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
- English full professional proficiency.
