Join our team as a Locksmith Technician, focusing on lock services and customer interactions. Your expertise in creating master key systems and re-keying will be key to providing accurate service to clients.
In this role, you’ll tackle tasks ranging from hardware modifications to client communications. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, responding to inquiries, and performing projects as directed. Your ability to understand detailed instructions and present information will elevate client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Modify hardware and maintain master key systems
• Provide excellent customer service in locksmithing
• Troubleshoot and resolve varying client situations
• Complete management-directed small projects
• Submit accurate paperwork and maintain records
Requirements:
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Clean criminal and driving records required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors
