Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Shipping

• Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and transport service providers.
• Track delivery progress and resolve delays or logistic issues.
• Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Assist in scheduling and receiving deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper handling, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

3. Documentation & Records

• Prepare shipping documents, delivery receipts, purchase orders, and other logistics-related paperwork.
