Position Overview:

The Logistics Admin Coordinator plays a key role in managing daily logistics activities to ensure efficient movement of goods and timely delivery operations. This position supports coordination between warehouse personnel, transport partners, and internal departments to maintain smooth distribution flow.

Key Functions:

• Organize and monitor daily shipment schedules for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Coordinate closely with drivers, couriers, and transport providers regarding dispatch and delivery status
• Track shipment progress and address delays, shortages, or delivery concerns
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents, reports, and transaction records
